Viesca Therapeutic Services is a cash pay only practice. ​

You are welcome to contact your insurance plan to see if they offer out of network benefits. If they do, we can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurer directly, so you can utilize any out of network benefits that may exist. Please call your insurer prior to scheduling an appointment with us (to explore out of network benefits), unless you are fully comfortable with paying full fee rates as noted on your clinician's profile page.

If you intend to use out of network insurance benefits, it is your responsibility to contact your insurance plan provider to confirm their out of network requirements - BEFORE you contact us to schedule an appointment. ​​

We are not able to offer Superbills for sessions that are longer than 60 minutes, as insurance does not reimburse for extended length sessions.
Payment Options
Credit Card information is required as part of the intake paperwork process. This information will be stored in your client portal for all future charges. HSA cards are also able to be utilized for payment.
Payment is due in full at the time service is rendered.
Cancellation Policy
Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you, a minimum of 24 hours (1 days) notice is required for re-scheduling or canceling an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed at $35 per session for 30-60 minute sessions. $125 for 90 minute sessions and at 50% of the full session fee for any other type of extended length or intensive sessions. Cancellation fees must be paid prior to scheduling your next session. These fees are not paid by insurance and will be your direct responsibility.
