Direct Pay Rates | Insurance

Most of our clinicians are credentialed with a variety of insurance plans. Please review each team member's clinical profile for more detailed information about which lines of insurance they currently take, as well as whether or not they can offer sliding scale rates if needed. 

If you intend to use insurance, it is your responsibility to contact your insurance plan provider to confirm that we are currently a network provider for your specific plan - BEFORE you contact us to schedule an appointment. 

​If we are not a provider for your plan, we can provide you with a Superbill to submit to your insurer so you can utilize any out of network benefits that may exist. Please call your insurer prior to scheduling an appointment with us (to explore out of network benefits), unless you are fully comfortable with paying full fee rates as noted on your clinician's profile page. 

Payment Options

Credit Card information is required as part of the intake paperwork process. This information will be stored in your client portal for all future charges. HSA cards are also able to be utilized for payment.

 

Payment is due in full at the time service is rendered.

Cancellation Policy

Since the scheduling of an appointment involves the reservation of time specifically for you, a minimum of 24 hours (1 days) notice is required for re-scheduling or canceling an appointment. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be billed at $35 per session for 30-60 minute sessions. $125 for 90 minute sessions and at 50% of the full session fee for EMDR Intensive sessions. Cancellation fees must be paid prior to scheduling your next session. These fees are not paid by insurance and will be your direct responsibility.
